黄奇石，剧作家、词作家，福建晋江人，1965年厦门大学毕业后定居北京。原中国歌剧舞剧院副院长。电视剧《小龙人》片中《为了妈妈》、《蓝飘带、黄飘带》、《和月亮对话》、《我们的世界》等10多首充满童真童趣的插曲的词作者，黄老师作词的另一首歌曲《爱的奉献》，可算是家喻户晓。
